SPRING/SUMMER 2026

For Spring/Summer 2026, SF1OG delves into the fragile terrain of romance, walking the fine line between longing, obsession, and emotional decay. Sparked by a moment of discovery—historic artworks depicting women driven to madness by love—the collection channels an intensity both timeless and timely. For creative director Rosa Dahl, these haunting portrayals offer a mirror to our own volatile, uncertain era.

In a time marked by political unease and social rupture, SS26 turns inward. It captures a collective nostalgia for teenage intensity—a phase of emotional overexposure that feels chaotic, awkward, and strangely comforting. The result is a body of work that’s raw yet romantic, structured yet soft. The collection draws from historical costume, indie subcultures, and the charged aesthetics of the late 2000s.

The SS26 collection continues the new tone and silhouette introduced last season, further developing a sharper, emotionally driven aesthetic. It blends SF1OG’s fascination with antique craftsmanship—lacework, corsetry, distressed finishes—with the charged nostalgia of the late 2000s.

A defining element of the season is the wide range of custom-developed textiles and leathers, created in close collaboration with artisanal makers. Materials include repurposed antique fabrics, luxurious wool, leather, silk, and sequins—all with a strong focus on texture and tactility.

The show took place on an active construction site just off Berlin’s Kurfürstendamm, in the heart of West Berlin. Inside the raw concrete shell, set designer John Andrews transformed the space into a suspended forest: printed fabric pillars hung from the ceiling, wrapping the audience in a haunting, claustrophobic landscape of modern

decay and natural overgrowth.
